Return & Exchange Policy – Tifellay
At Tifellay, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0309-4411166 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging, including the box and all accessories.
- The package must be shipped back within 7 days after contacting us.
- Once received, our inspection team will review the item. If approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.
Refund Details
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.
- A deduction of Rs. 350 (delivery charges) and 4% government-imposed tax will apply.
- Refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or digital wallet.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Discounted items and Limited Edition products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These products are produced in limited quantities and are exclusive collections.

Exchange Conditions
- The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse at their own expense.
- After inspection and approval, you may choose another product from our website as a replacement.
- A shipping fee of Rs. 350/- will apply for dispatching the exchanged item.
Important Notes
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products returned in damaged or used condition will not qualify for exchange.
- In case of any price difference during exchange, a store credit voucher will be issued.
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Voucher codes can be applied at checkout in the promo code section.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, the above exceptions do not apply. We’ll work with you to provide the best possible solution.
